can i replace 100v 100nf ceramic capacitor with 50v 100nf in an amplifier it will be safe?

Re: ceramic
The suitability question may be more than what DC voltage the part can withstand. Depending on the type of ceramic dielectric, specifically its temperature and voltage coefficients, the applied DC voltage may affect the part's capacitance. "COG" would be unaffected; "X7R" can be affected as much as 10% or 20%; "Y5V" or "Z5U" can be affected (reduced) by as much as ~80%.PeteS in CA
Power Supplies should be boring: No loud noises, no bright flashes, and no bad smells.
