Go to the HP drivers support site and enter the laptop serial number,download the bios updater,run the exe ,it will give you the option to save the bios to a location.

Good day sir, I have downloaded it from HP drivers site. But there is no option to save the bios to a location Sir.

Thank you for your responses, I will read through everything. I am new to the forum. The issue I have is that the computer starts, the screen is black, and the Caps Lock key flashes 3 times quickly and 5 times slowly. Thanks in advance for your help
