I have a ThinkPad X1 Yoga 4th gen with a BIOS password.
It seems that the password is stored on the chip GD25B256D which I found and desoldered.
Now my EZP2019 cannot read it but I can add new chips to the database. There is however some data needed that I cannot seem to find anywhere in the datasheet of the chip itself:
Type: SPI_FLAH
Manufacturer: GigaDevice
Name: 25B256D
Delay: I think it's 30 but not 100% sure
class: 25 flash??
Flash: 256B
Flash page: I don't know
Voltage: 3.3V
Algorithm: No idea
Chip ID: Cannot find
EEPROM: ???
EEPROM PAGE: ???
Some help would be very appriciated
