    lnt5265fx/xaa few vertical lines?

    Hi
I have a lnt5265fx/xaa LCD , i bought it for cheap 2 years ago, because it has some colored lines in the left hand side which disappear completely after about 15 min after i turn on the TV.
Since a few days, when i turn on the TV and wait about 15 min, the lines disappear except one single green line remains.
To be honest, it's not much of a problem, because the TV is still watchable, but since i have a spare time , i though i would fix it!
I think Tcon left ribbon cable might be the culprit, but i wanted to have some input from you guys, before i go ahead with my troubleshooting!

    thank you in advance

Clean them and make sure they are aligned correctly, can use isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip, not too vigorous they can be delicate, good place to start.

      1) What is the brand of this TV?
      2) Attach good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.
      3) Attach the screenshot of the screen showing the problem.

TV is a very old Samsung LCD. Model numbers LNS (2006) and LNT (2007). Vertical lines are panel problems and possibly bad TAB bonds. Time to retire it.

One way to find about tabs, strip it down to the tabs and inspect them, try light pressure from the top and see if display clears up, "shim" method may work if that's the issue, many many videos on youtube covering this issue.

Sorry for the late update, I've been working on another TV.
Cleaning the tabs didn't fix the problem.I also went ahead and checked all the Aluminum caps on the main-board, found few caps with a slightly higher ESR, replaced them, but still i have the same problem.I'm running out of ideas regarding this problem!I think i'm gonna sell it as it is!
            Thanks

insert a metal shim under the cof chip, with a toothpick touch along the chip soldering area, when you found the critical point use the soldering iron to warm that point, at sequential step each time more prolongued, when you are doing watch the results on the image.

Is the cof chip, the main chip on the T-con board?
