Untill schematic verify 5V is present. Also with laptop off verify Data + and data - with diode mode and red tester to ground. See if you have something.

Also try with a live linux.

I have notice that U3601 54B1K (or 5481k) IS GETTING VERY HOT.
Pins 1,2 i get nothing.
Pins 3,4 i get 3.3v
Pin 5 i get 5V.
i tried to find ic pin diagram but i couldn't.
i believe that pin 5 is the input (vcc) and pins 1,2 that are connected together
are the outputs.

what to you think!

U3601 = G524B1T11U .The motherboard schematic is available on a few paid sites.

I found the problem.
there was a short capacitor near battery on the other side. there ware 2 capacitors in parallel and one of them was short.
now usb ports are working
