Re: Blomberg electric dryer - Need a replacement relay

I replaced the suspect relay with new, but it made no difference. The control board I ordered over a month ago is still out of stock. Any leads to an appliance parts salvage are welcome.Last edited by steves7839; 10-30-2022, 08:52 AM.Comment

Re: Blomberg electric dryer - Need a replacement relay

have you pulled both relays out and tested them ? did you ohm the wires off the relay that go to the coil for proper resistance ? dryers are fairly straight forward - easy to repair.
 please post model #
 there's one on EBAY https://www.ebay.com/itm/194280574677
marked washer but its a dryer control board that seems to be the one you need
 another one cheaper - https://www.ebay.com/itm/19381880177...Bk9SR6rHnKGFYQLast edited by ajshoe; 10-30-2022, 12:08 PM.Comment

			by CoinCoin88Hello everyone,

I'm turning to the Badcaps community to help me troubleshoot the radio Rx card from my (old) garage door opener. While I could just ditch that card and replace the whole system, I first would like to understand "why" it suddenly stopped working, because that's just how I am wired...!

Some basics: the receiver works on a 30.875 Mhz frequency. Yes, I'm aware this is not in use anymore in a looot of places. It does not use any rolling code, it's just a regular dip-switch code that you have to set up on both the receiver and transmitter. The receiver...

			by Sam ScarboHello,
I'm helping my brother to fix his Blomberg laundry dryer. He called a repair guy to have a look and the repair guy said the control board is faulty. They said the replacement board costs $400. Too expensive! 😨 My brother asks me to take a look. He has checked the door switch and thermal fuse, etc., and those seems fine.
After plugged to mains, there is no display. There is just a clicking sound from the buzzer, like one click per second. No other response.
I suspect the firmware inside the MCU (ATMEGA64A) got corrupted. Can someone in this forum by any chance provide...3 Photos

by CapLeakerActually this range had multiple problems but I fixed all the others already.

I am stuck finding a replacement infinity dual burner switch for a Kenmore C970-605121. The dual burner is stuck full on as soon as you turn the knob either side, either the difference of either only one or both burners running full tilt.
I tried cleaning it inside contacts, but that didn’t do anything.

I believe the dual burner switch reads a part number of: 318191021 which is hard to find. I came across a 318191026 part number but it has 2 pins on the row missing. Is there anything...

by BenassHello. I have Industrial Washing Machine PCB.

 Customer Requested Relays Replacement.

I can't find WJ115F1 relays to buy. Looking for some help to identify possible alternative solutions.

Or any tips, on how to approach this situation....

by jm1234Hi, I'm seeing one 9V relay having temperature 40C on its 9V (primary) side. Does that seem right? I switched 2 relays on that board and the temperature was the same (on the same position), so I'm sure it's not a faulty relay. I measured voltage on that relay and it was 9.5V DC, so that looks good. I don't see any other relay on that board having that kind of temperature and they have 9V on them too.
I thought maybe the transistor that is switching this relay keeps switching on/off, so I also checked for AC and there was almost none: 0.3V using mV range. No steady frequency was shown, but...
