Re: Asrock X570 Steel legend bios bin file
Did you try the support page, the full bios is there, just download and extract the zip. Rename to *.bin *.rom .Read the areas highlighted in yellow on the page carefully.

by nolaryieHi, I’m looking for a clean, working BIOS .bin dump (16MB) for the ASRock B450M Steel Legend motherboard.
I’ve already tried flashing the official ASRock ROM file via CH341A, but it won’t post — I believe the capsule format is incompatible.
Any BIOS version that supports Ryzen 5 2600 is fine (e.g., P2.30–P3.60).
If anyone has a working board and can dump the BIOS using CH341A or flashrom, I would really appreciate your help.
Thank you!-

by RassHello, could you help me with the boardview of an ASrock X670E Steel Legend? I have a project to assemble a PC from scrap parts. My last purchase was this motherboard and I want to try to repair it as much as possible. Any help is acceptable and welcome. Always grateful for the help Greetings

by karlp028I've got an ASRock B450 Steel Legend that I'm trying to diagnose for no reaction to the power button.
The SIO receives the PWRBTN# signal and sends PSOUT#, but the CPU doesn't return SLP_S3# so nothing further happens. I have been looking around the board trying to figure out why and I happened to touch the STEP-DOWN CONVERTER NB685GQ-Z (UP10 in photo) which was VERY hot (like burn your finger). This seems to provide VDDP_S5, and indirectly, VDDCR_SOC_S5, which the CPU needs in order to handle the startup signals.
The VCC voltage powering the converter does not look right....1 Photo -
by sunofra78Would anyone know what this component may be? It's on an ASROCK B460 Steel Legend Gaming PC Motherboard. The writing on it is 29 7B / 43N.
Thanks....1 Photo - Loading...
