Telefunken D32F289M4CWI no picture Only the sound

The problem with the Telefunken LCD TV "D32F289M4CWI" is that since switching from one program to the other, the picture is gone and only the sound can be heard (screen remains black).

The TV is about 2 years old.
Would still be grateful for help

(screen remains black) If you mean there's no backlight, check the screen by shining a flashlight on it, maybe at an angle, see if there's a picture or hit menu see if there's a display at all with flashlight.

Yes I can take a picture with low light

I tested the LED again, they are all fine

Yes I only have sound, no picture and no obstruction lighting

Check the fuse on the tcon board, meter 20 vdc black - probe on metal chassis ground, red + probe on each side of fuse see if it's about 12 volts on each side.

Yes I have 12.20V in both sides
a question, is there a list of VAVDD how much current has ??
the diode has 3.33V

gives wiring diagram of this TV ??
or do I have to look for wiring diagram from T-Con?
