Can anyone tell me which LEDs are required for LG 50LF561V please? Its individual LEDs I am wanting, not replacement strips, not sure if it helps but strips are -

as i know most LG with direct LED BL used SMT 3535 4.6V if you measure one led with mm you will know the type and the V should be written on the stripComment

i have these saved in my ebay watch list so if yours are the 6v version it maybe these they do 1 watt or 2 watt versions not sure which you need though

on the back of the leds as you probably know you have to match up the anode and cathode pads as they are two different size pads you can remove a led and test which one is which. wattage wise im not sure maybe budm will know?Comment

Do you have LED tester?
You also need to verify which pad is Anode and which pad is Cathode.Never stop learning

I dont unfortunately, I have ordered one but hasnt arrived yet, so far Ive always just used a home made battery and wire/probes setup to test if LEDs are functioning.
In regards to anode/cathode, please see attached pic.
Another eBay seller has just messaged and has advised that these are the ones I need. Could you confirm he is correct please? Have more faith in you than an eBay seller lol

its seem 3 V. one with VR 0.8-1.2V round 5mA and it forward IF 400mA

So... I have the patchy back light issue with my Visio M70, meaning some light up, others do not. I finally got around to testing the LED driver board and found that was not the issue (swapped another one in and the same issue persisted) and I am considering if i dare dive deeper into this TV and go after the LED strips.

Hi I am having an issue with the LED backlight of this TV. I can see the picture with a flash light, so I determined it was a backlight issue.
Initially, after opening it I found 2 shorted and 1 open LED on 2 strips (total of 4). I removed the LEDs and shorted the pads together to verify if the backlight would work.
Testing it, I found the backlight turned on and I measured 54V when TV was in standby (off), and 100v when TV was turned on. The 4 strips each contain 9 LEDs, so 36 in all minus 3.
Instead of putting it back together I decided to replace... -
Thanks for offering your assistance with this. I'm an electronics enthusiast with moderate level of competence (have a decent lab with two power supplies, microscope, DSO, hot air, good iron, can competently work at a component level on SMDs, design and solder own PCBs etc). Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.
