The laptop was purchased half a year ago, and is under warranty from the manufacturer. Contact Dell support for assistance with proof of purchase.

hoaca388's file is good, I reached same identical file. Check pin to pad solder joint, blown away or moved components. Also, should have been done before soldering chip back on board, verify flashing by taking another reading and comparing to hoaca388's file. Do not rely on automatic verification. Do not rely on clip, always take three good readings and compare, all should be identical, you are messing with the bios, could brick your laptop.
