The problem is that of the 16gb of ram it only detects 8 as well as the 1050q nvidia does not detect it even in the device manager, it only works with integrated graphics of the processor, when the computer heats up the fans do not turn on
the charger works well and the battery also maintains a charge
I already performed the factory reset as well as installed updated drivers but nothing
any idea what it might be?
