8470p 16 pin BIOS and CH341A connection question

Hello.
I got a HP 8470p with SOP16 bios chip and a SOP8 CH341A programmer.
I don't understand how to connect the SOP8 CH341A interface to SOP16 clip that i bought to connect it on 8470p and read/write BIOS.
Can someone enlight me please??

where? your picture is an 8pin socket.

Yes i already did it, the CH341A has the pins i need on the right side. I'll upload photo when convertion is done.
