hye i have problem with this netbook toshiba nb520

already measure bios ic but no voltage
3v and 5 v also not coming.

what i do fisrt update bios
then check page 31 and found PQ204 pin 1,2,3,4 got 19v but no volt on 6,7,8

i do inject 19v on pin 678 and i see the adjustable PSU im using got current 0.0125A before inject only 0.0008. so can i try jumper the pin 19v ? still not working

i didnt see PR212 where i suspect is culprit

then i also check 3v and 5 v on Q18,Q19,Q20 no present see page 28

no volt on Q18,Q19 & Q20

DCIN detector on page 28 point PJ332 no 3v PJ352 no 5V

already check PU200 ISL6521 i have checked pin 24 which DCIN i got no voltage, then i try measure PD201.
both side should be 19v but only one side 19v other right side i got 00.25. are this culprit coz i check in resistor mode no reading at all

Yes finally i solved the problem. the resistor is culprit. admin please closed my case.
