Definitely need to change led backlights. If that mosfet is bad then the backlights are bad. The lights are what took the mosfet out.

I know that, my question is about replacement mosfet.

Just order the FET from Digikey. Have done this model about a dozen times. I replace the FET first to check the panel for damage before ordering new strips.
