Samsung Plasma Pn51F4000ar cycles on off

I just received a plasma 51 Pn51F4000 it switches on and the Samsung logo comes on ..then it just resets,seems like it Is bootloop...anyone with a similar or knowledge please Help

Unplug the y main board and turn on the set. See if it stays on.
