If that doesn`t work post a picture of the white sticker,it has a long barcode on it and a model number, its near the soldered ram .

He`s posted the picture. The board shipped with bios version 203 UX310UFR .So all thats needed is the UX310UFR bios update from the support site,merge it with (a copy of) the OP`s bios,then copy the DMI and win key (if any) from the old bios to the new one

The bios version on the sticker doesn`t always match with the silkscreened motherboard part number,it is the one on the sticker that should be used.
