Dell Inspiron 15-3521, 5 Beep Code - No Picture

    Hello.
I have a problem with this laptop DELL INSPIRON 15-3521 (Motherboard VAW01 LA-9101P REV 1.0).
At first it came with 1 beep code continuously and no picture. I flashed the bios with programmer and it turned on but now some times, not always, it does not turn on and gives 5 beep code, which Dell states it is Real Time Clock Power Failure. The cmos battery is new. If it boots up correctly, it stays on and works perfectly.

Do we have any idea what it could be or where to start diagnosing? I have schematics and boardview.
    Thank you.

what do you mean exactly? the bios was flashed with external programmer ch341 and the cmos was out of the motherboard. the bios was put on the board again and it turned on but with this issue. the cmos battery, if it is on or off the board, it does not make any difference, it has same effect, some times it turns on or sometimes it does 5 beeps.

Insert the cmos cell back, turn on the mb and when fan starts spinning turn it off again(of course without display. Turn it on again and wait for it to reboot 2-3 times automatically and there should be display. Screen should be connected all the time. Press F2 and save date and time and reboot. Put it off for some time and check again whether cmos issue remains or solved. If not . we need to probe RTC circuit .
