I also replaced the ceramic caps in middle of the cpu socket, still no luck.

I think is Nvidia chip problem need to replace.
The same thing happened to me with aspire 5520 after reball nvidia works fine.

try add more tantalum caps at vcc_core and +1.05v( I see empty pad on schematic).
I think the symptom seem similiar as nec tokin problems

It's the nvidia gpu. That's why it works in safe mode as it does not load the driver. It has failed completely, reflow won't help. Need to replace. You can check this by disabling the nvidia gpu in device manager and rebooting in normal mode. I bet that it will boot if you do that.

Reflowing may help in most cases like this. I have fixed such issues few times before but can't recall, but recently I had one old sony vaio intel centrino (the first one) laptop with nvidia graphics. It would keep rebooting after Windows XP logo. No obvious signs of random black screen boots or garbled display so one might think it's not hardware issue. Just reflowing it made it go to Windows normally.

Like i said, it's the nvidia gpu. This has been known for over 7 years already. Sooner or later it will fail completely.
