Need schematics to identify and replace blown transistor Q505. It affects screen backlight. board reference is BREMEN-C Rev 1.1

I think this might be the same that we have in BREMEN2-L.

Could I easily find something compatible in a spare board?

The board is damaged but hopefully is only the solder pad..

I'm having a hard time finding a table of AO3409L equivalents.. Can anyone recommend a site for this?

Today I finally solved this laptop, replacing the AO3409L with a AO3413.

hello to everyone, i dunno if this post is appropriate with the thread but i have same problem with my Samsung NP-RV411..my transistor was burned both F1 and F2 in LCD screen are blown up also or open..i have the diagram one of my friend send it to me. can you please correct me if i'm wrong about the blown transistor is q505 or Q504?and do i need to replace both transistors?thanks guys
