No HDMI output Acer DH5JV LA-G021P

Hi good day to all thi acer lapotp dont have lcd connect becasue the bracket got broken , so other way is to use a hdmi output 2 weeks after the unit wont display in hdmi mode but when I just use its own lcd it will show display but plugging the connectoor at the same time nothings display in the hdmi outpu.

I hope someone has the same I issue .
Can this be a bios probllem?

Have you tried using the Fn + F5 keys to switch the output to external display?

yes sir then I tried also to remove the lvds connector just using the hmdi output no display

+5vs is coming as input for u74

Converting it into +5vsdisplay at hdmi connector


Check u74 pins1,2,3 voltage

Check hdmi connector pins 15,16,17,18 voltage

Check u1302 inputs +3vs and +5valw coming

Then check its output hdmi_1.2 for display

You did not check other voltages
Hdmi connector and u1302

If you check at one side and do not check other side
You will not find fault
So always check end to end
