    XORB48 or AO3800a

    Hi,

Friend of mine has a drone that he crash it on the grass…
Now one motor doesn't work, I separate test motors and everything works ok, but if I start it one the motors doesn't work, I took mosfet from other motor to the motor that doesn't work, and now works…

I search then in my country but I don't find them, they are not producing anymore…

Can some help me with something similar ?
Can I find this mosfet on computer boards?

    It's about N-channel type , 30v , 3 pads smd

    Thanks!
    Stefan

AO is Alpha & Omega, so you can get a datasheet and find a better part
