Toshiba 40l3455db firmware update needed

Hi I've got a Toshiba 40l3455db that isn't powering up, when turning on the screen quickly flashes then standby led flashes red/green constantly.. I've googled this and I believe it's a firmware issue..

I've tried updating the firmware using a USB stick but I've had no luck as of yet. If anyone could maybe send me a link for the correct firmware update needed I would be really grateful....

Thanks for that mate, do I just unzip the files & put them into a formatted USB stick? I've already done this but the files are tiny , I thought they had to be like 1.5GB ?

No, these are dumps, they are intended for programming spi flash through the programmer
For usb firmware, you can download it here, but it may not help, since your bootloader is damaged
