REQUEST for help and info TTI TSP3222

Hello First i apologise if this in the wrong place or format ect.
Please let me know. i have 2 thurlby thander TSP3222 lab/bench psu's
1 of showing fault codes 061 and 022 the other no display but a few leds lit on
the front panel.
Has anyone got a service manual/schematic all i have found online is a 2 page intro with spec. i have emailed tti a week ago but no luck so far

ok so ive done the PCB photoshoot.
not really tested anything but the bat on the cpu brd which shows 3.1v .
im planning to carefully remove the big stickers from ic7 and ic10.
but im wary as im out of my depth with cpu/memory stuff in particular ....

I would leave the stickers on the eeprom ic's, they are not likely your problem. Do you have the operators manual?

Try emailing them again, other people on other sites seem to have good luck getting information from them.

hi no i only have kind of spec sheet/advert for it functions and features.
yes i heard other people had luck with tti but not me ..yet

Thank you but im sorry to say i have both those. i forgot to mention the gpib doc as i am not planning to use gpib. thanks again though

Well good news i tried phoning tti and they are as good as there reputation
5 mins after my call he emailed me the service man and the user man with the fault codes in. i dont know how to do it or if it is allowed to share them but if its ok im happy to share them here.

This what good service company should do but unfortunately this seems to be a thing in the past now days which dose not make me happy when I have to repair something

click on [go advanced] at the bottom of the thread
then choose [manage attachments]
