Macbook pro 820-2936-b problem with heating some parts

    Hello
When my macbook was turned on, I noticed that it was heating up terribly u9480 and the temperature was a bit lower at u9390.
What is the cause of this, where I could check.
My macbook works normally I just have a problem with this temperature

      Thanks for the reply.
I took out the motherboard, removed all the connectors and cleaned with alcohol. I didn't see any problem with the displayport. Maybe I needed to check something else, voltage or some resistance or maybe...

u9480 must have a short on its output , according to Ti's docs it will current limit to ~1a.
if it gets to hot it will shut itself down.
with the power off what resistance is there between pin 1 of u9480 and ground

          I measured u9480-19,6KΩ
          Whether this is correct ?

I'm coming back to this motherboard after a long time.
In the meantime I replaced the U9480 q9425 and U9410 but I still have a very hot U9480.
            It can help ?
