    Troubleshoot Samsung Plasma

Hello newbie here.. My neighbor gave me a nice plasma to repair. PN69d660c1f.
I found the power supply was bad. I tried to do component level repair but screwed up some traces. So , I bought a China (replacement board). The logic board blinks slow. The VS out of the PS is 319 and the VA is 5.1. When I test the vscan on the y board I have nothing. I replaced the y board and still nothing. The x board has 319. The Vs and Va are out of spec, so I emailed the company and they said it was better technology. ( not sure ?) I did not replace the y buffer board. Could that be why I still have no voltage at the vscan?

On your plasma panel, you should have a sticker with all the voltages listed. 319 seems about 100 volts too high, and va should be around 55 volts.

The sticker says VS 217 and VA 55. The adjustments don't work.

      From the power supplier:

We have improved the technology and it is completely applicable to bn44-00445a,thanks
