Maybe short motherboard, which is quite common

Review the voltages to ground at each coil which are often large and grey in color.

Each coil is linked to a local power supply but it all starts from your ac adapter at ~19v. Search the adapter connector and review 2x dcin mosfets with 8 pins each. These will be controlled by a local battery charger IC which will probably be from Texas instruments (BQ markings on the top surface).

      Confirm and share these details.

Yes, often it is. Look for a black square part. On the top side will be laser markings of "BQ" or something like this.

Take and post clear pictures of the logic board near the power in connector.

                    Perfect.

                    1) See attached for the datasheet for this charger IC.

                    2) Review figure 16 - your logic board should have a very similar design onboard. Often, as per Piernov's sticky article above, Q2 (aka 2nd DCIN mosfet) gets damaged.

Confirm that you have 2 more black (smaller size) mosfets onboard. They will be 8 pins and with 4 pins on each side.

Post pictures so we can be sure.

Very likely, one of these mosfets is defective and needs to be replaced but we can confirm it through resistance checks. With resistance checks, NO POWER to the logic board.

We need to check the resistance between the mosfet pins:

                    source (1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8)
                    source (1-2-3) & gate (4)
                    gate (4) & drain (5-6-7-8)

see picture they are 4 mosfet near bq and near the dc in the rear side. Wich one i have to test why they are 5v and 3v3 with mosfet damaged
