didn't have 2 100uf caps, so i replaced one with 2x47+10=104.. 3 caps...for extra low esr! hehe...
both old caps had esr off the scale(more than 30ohm) and capacity greatly reduced. this clock is from the car, circa 1984.
clock works fine now.
pcb was very happy to see some fresh solder, i could tell!
