Sharp LC-43LBU711C Rev.A wont turn on

Hi,
Red power light stays solid red. I've tried power cycling tv and tv remote several times with no luck. So removed the ps board RSAG7.820.8718/ROH part 243900, visually no burnt marks, fuse is fine, no bulged caps. Tested pins and 12V pins reads 9.5V and STB pin reads 0V. Any thoughts on what to check? Should I order another PS board?

hmm now after reinstalling the ps board and plugging it in it turned on.

You could check for poor solder connetions on the power supply, check the connections on components mounted to the heat sinks and also the transformer pin connections.
9.5v on the 12v line would indicate the power supply is working but in standby, It may have also been a poor connection on the cable between the main and power supply boards
