I try clean ME region using Intel Easy Clean Me software. Laptop with this dump POST, but shutdown problem is still here. After 1-2 sec laptop turn off by itself.

Different Firmware Repository beteween your 2 dumps !
Use Flash Image Tool better Than Intel Easy clean ME.
The firmware of your first bios is : 7.1.3.1053 ,SKU 5MB.
the second is : 7.1.10.1065 , SKU 1.5MB.

i have HP 8460p where upon boot i get "wlan module id (702) wireless module not supported" error

i try tp flash naother bios but the error is the same like before

i think need file to remove whitelist for that model
