Logitech G29 Help request to find smd transistor reference.

    Good night,
I am going to ask your help to find out what is the reference of this smd transistor. Or what is an equivalent transistor?

    Thank you for your help.

maybe a pic with more of the circuit would help? it could be a diode. do you know it is definately a transistor ??

      SMD marking O1 (not 01) my best guess is Si2399DS SOT-23 P-Ch 20V MOSFET

Zoom out so we can see how the pins are connected in the circuit.
Did you test out the 3 junctions to see what it is shown as?

Good afternoon, the sign is ok.
I removed it from the plate and found the following values in the image.

I would like to know a commercial reference of any compatible.

          Grateful for your attention

Since Q1, Q2 and Q3 are the same according to what I was able to visualize. Sincerely

So is your tester showing it as bad?

good afternoon, I tested one with the same reference that is on the same circuit. what's bad is Q1, but Q2 and Q3 are the same. I removed the Q2 to test. what was tested is good. Sincerely

                    good afternoon,
very grateful for your help. I will search for the component with this reference and I will test it. then post here if it worked or not. thank you.

OP is fixing a Logitech G29 racing steering wheel, motherboard 210-001492-009
The burnt transistor Q1 must be for the motor?

Sorry to bump but this is exactly what's happened to my wheel PCB too but for me the burned component is at U9 on the PCB instead of U8 for you, I think they components are the same but I cant find out what the component is?

It says A1 on one of those parts I assume my burned one says A1 also but I don't know for sure due to the markings being burned off.

Can someone identify this component for me please?

It looks like a SOT563 package, smd marking "A1" and likely an ESD protection diode array.
But I couldn't find an exact p/n. U8, U9 are the same part. Can you confirm the IC's package.

You measure the package size with a set of calipers, only 1.6mm across. But don't zap the board with static electricity doing it either.

My best guess would be U8 and U9 are BAW56S dual pair (4) diode array.

You could take multimeter diode-test readings from a good IC and compare to what you are getting. There are 4 diodes in the IC.

I haven't got calipers to check size but I have a Multimeter.
On my Multimeter the diode test shares the same position as the continuity.
I uploaded a fresh pic with the measurement on it, on the "good" ic on the bad ic it beeps across all pins
