Samsung UN40EH53000 lines top part screen.

Samsung UN40EH53000 with lines on top half of screen.I got a feeling its bad panel but possibility t-Con but chances weak.Anyone have this issue?Removed left and right side flat cable independently but didn't clear up problem.

if you got clear half white screen after you disconnected one side ribbon cable between T-CON & panel then its T-CON issue

No not clear when ribbon disconnected,all distorted,guess its panel.

then inspect the LVDS cable clean it from both side and resetting it again
make hard reset from service menu..

if both not help then we guess panel
