Samsung R60 charging problem

When I connect charger without battery it power green light, when I put battery it also turns red light, but after 1 second it starts to turn on and off red light. On dc power I can see how its current is going over 4a and falls to 0a every second.

I replaced every fet on line, replaced max1909 charging chip, and still the same. I think max1909 cliks in tact with current upping and falling, probably turns on and off.

Check for shorted ceramic capacitors on all of the major power rails. Note: CPU/GPU/NB power rails may appear shorted due to their low internal resistance so checking those is not always possible.
