Bios corruption? ThinkPad x240s 5-beeps*2 no boot

Help needed, the attached bios dump, from a ThinkPad x240s, gives 5 short beeps twice at startup and no boot. Is it bios corruption? From what I read here in other threads it appears so. Can someone be so kind to have a look to see if it needs fixing, with a clean ME as well if necessary?
    Many thanks!

Problem solved: a compressed section where all DXE drivers are stored in the bios region was corrupt (see images below)
A replacement region, excluding the SEC core, from another x240s dump fixed the problem.
