I think you are losing the signal line of the main power control ic. It's also similar to the gtx 1660. I've had a few cases like that, even though I changed the main control ic, there was no vcore voltage. Fortunately, once I reflowed the gpu, the vcore voltage came back but for 5'. Then lost again. I think, there will be 1 way to the gpu, and from the gpu will generate a feedback command to turn on the power for the central power control ic to work!
