Please help,
The above system with the board number FALEYS1 A5A003821010[A] powers on but does not start, I noticed the plugged-in indicator light blinks 6 times then 2 times continuously after powered on. No fan spin, no CPU vcore, no RAM.
I also noticed the 19v rail that supplies the vcore and the battery drops to 3-4V after powered on.
I removed the BIOS chip, it does the same thing too- the blinking 6 then twice continuously.
Please help, I don't know the next line of action.
