I have an old Qnix monitor (korean made i guess) with loose wiring on its video connector. It does not display blue color but when i twist the cable it does show all colors. And I don't want to work with my computer with my right hand on the mouse and the other on the monitor cable. So I pressumed it is a loose wiring inside the cable and it was near the connector to the video card. Problem is its too difficult to rewire since its too close to the connector. So I cut the 15 pin SVGA wire from one of my damaged monitor (they say flyback not working). The cut wire has black, white, yellow, brown and blue(w/ 2 wires - shield and light blue), red(w/ 2 wires - shield and pink), grey(w/ 2 wires - shield and light grey), and a large shield wire all over those wires. Problem is I dont know the wiring diagram or has no idea about it on how to.
I have tools like circuit tester, 40 watts soldering iron, lead, sucker, screw drivers, etc.
