i have managed to do it myself by editing the main bios and putting parts from original ( hp web ).

try. it will enter in MPM mode, press F10 and you have a tab under "Main" named " write machine unique data" and you'll find all data on stickers of back of the bottom cover. to exit MPM mode use BCU 4.0 under windows or restart laptop how many times counter shows.

In the first boot go to bios menu and disable security options (Default).

First boot load bios factory defaults, save and exit and then at the next boot disable security options
You must fill your DMI manually.

i have my hp 845 g8 which has bios password. anybody that could help me unlock it. i had also backup two bios marked as u367 and u366 which i attached here. i hope somebody could help me. thanks in advance.

than enter to bios and reset Security to default .

yo, i have the sam laptop, password locked could you detail the steps you took to get it unlocked? from start to finish?
