Toshiba P850 / LA-8391 No POST

Hey! I have bought this laptop for myself, like the design, hoping it's going to be something easy. Obviously, it's not

After ON/OFFBTN board powers on for about 4 seconds, PCH_RSMRST goes high and remains high even when led goes off.

On coils I'm getting:
PL201 19,4
PL252 5,16
PL332 3,41
PL202 2,8 & 10,7 with battery attatched.
0v on all the rest.

Any ideas where to start? Thank you in advance.

+5valw to +5VS

pu330 pin 23 voltage did you try flash with a working bios ?
