My Yamaha RX-V767 can not be turned on as described in the title.
He does not make a fuss. The micro-fuse installed on the AC-DC converter I have checked, is intact.

                      Hi
I wanted to write these values too

                      Electrolytic capacitor

                      400 V 68uF ESR=0,38 ohm Vloss=0,6% 67,65uF

                      1te 35 V 1000uF ESR=0,06 ohm Vloss=0,6% 1075uF

                      2te 35 V 1000uF ESR=0,04 ohm Vloss=0,6% 1071uF
