acer e5-473g bios needed

hi everyone i need help on this acer aspire e5-473g A4WAB LA-C431P
Rev: 1.0. i already tried flashed the main bios with the dump i got here in this forum but still the same issue turns on fan at full speed then goes off i cannot flashed the EC because it is name as NUVUTON i cannot find in my programmer minipro tl866cs. i have attached the original dump can someone fix this please

anyone help on this please i notice u31 no voltage but on the main bios all voltages present i dont know how to select in programmer for this novuton ec chip because there is no option on miniprotl866cs

Is it C431p or C341p???

If it is later , then i have ec dump. You can flash on another chip(which probably supports on your programmer)

@thanks for the response mcplslg123 the board code is A4WAB LA-C341P my mistake above.it is possible i use ec winbond w25x20 chip? can you share also the working main bios for this model please

thanks imaranromi i will try that and feedback i need also ec and can i use winbond w25x20 chip to replace nuvuton 39425? because my programmer not supported with this ec chip

This chip is not ec.check schematic page 9 and search u31 you know what is.

that is the U31 in the board imranromi and schematic you upload it is NCT3942S SOP 8P novuton

I know i think is not ec bios if i not wrong ec bios not 4pins ground 1 pin ground check u31
5.6.7.8. pin ground no scl ,no sda.

@imranromi there is no other u31 on the board that is the only u31 and i cannot find any ec chip rather than that novuton it is 8pin chip and im sure this is the ec my only problem is cannot program because programmer not supported there is no voltage on each pin of this chip but in the bios main chip voltage present and also 3.3 and 5v ALW is present.can someone help me on this

winbond w25x20 IS 256KB and the ec for this acer is 128kb. So i doubt whether you can use 25x20. I'll suggest 25x10 instead or any other 128kb chip.

128kb file is ENE KB9022 NOT novuton.

Hmm, I think Imranromi is right. The EC i have posted should be for Ene90xx.

This is a common problem with this laptop, I have 2 boards (same board code as you) with this same problem. I'm guessing CPU replacement will fix the problem.

Did other guys already tried replacing the CPU on this board and fixed the issue?
