Default Dell 3458 Adapter not Installed

I am struggling on this Dell Inspiron 3458 which is working fine on adapter but battery won't charge.

Changed Charger IC no effect, suspected and changed SIO no effect. PSID and AC_IN looks good. Dell diagnostic says Adapter unknown and BIOS says Adapter not Installed.

Previously I have solved such issue on other dell laptops and 1st I'm struggling on this model.

schematic here

can somebody help me?

Check PS_ID resistance to GND, check PD4204 for short, check PQ4201 open or not, and line continuity to NPCE285PA0DX-GP pin 99.
I'm assuming the adapter used is original Dell not HP one?
