    Those leaking caps are in typically low stress areas. Has the board been operating at a high temperature? That could bring on the problem.

      lelons often fail like that.
      but i would look into the psu and check for other bad caps.
      since the ones on vagp are popped too i would blame crapcaps.

          As others have suggested, that board was probably under heat stress. Apart from replacing the 1000/6.3 Lelons all over the board, I'd also consider replacing those Rubies in the VRM with beefier 10mm caps, since there's place for it. MCZs/MBZs are also vulnerable to a combination of heat and ripple current, though it happens infrequently.
