if you have the full schematic it will be great
the laptop was off i change the i/o ic now it is work on charger but on the battery it going on 5 second and going off again i check the supply of the battery it is going in the circuit
when i connect the battery just the 3val present but when i connect the charger the 3val and 5 val present and it is work

i was testing the ic 1285a with adapter is giving 3 val and 5 val
but on battrey it just give 3 val

Mostly voltage rails if in battery mode doesn't have VALW (voltage always). Only need supply for EC, after that EC give command to activated all VALW, at same time to all voltage and signal required to power on all systems. That will reduce to using source power when only on Battery mode.

Pics taken from compal's schematic, Most all laptop design have same frame work. Only for saving power.

Sometime we should read other schematic for full understand "How circuit work". As usual schematic for asus hard to find.

Did you check with known good battery? Probably the battery was defect

i have change the ic 3v 5v and it steel the same i feel it is a save battery mode
when i connect the charger and i turn the laptop on it is work and when i disconnect the charger it remain on and it change to battery power but when i turn it off from windows and i need to go on again it not work an tell i connect the charger again

How about the charging proccess?
Make full charged the battery first, then start to troubleshoot only from battery.

When you pressing power button, do you get signal enable from EC to pin 6 of TPS51235.

the EN sign is arrive to pin number 6 to the ic power
and it give the 5v 3v but after 10 seconds the main board it going off again

I have similar problem. Mine is completely dead. The only thing I see is that the L4434 chip (the one on page 5 of the pdf signed as #17 PSL8103) goes very hot as soon I attach the power cord, but without the schematics is very difficult to understand whats going on.
