    Westinghouse L2410NM Power supply?

The symptoms are dead set. After looking into the circuits, there are 3 modules. A power supply, main board and a video board. I may or may not be using the right terms. The power supply is obvious. The board that all the LED strips attach to, I'm calling a video board. With the unit plugged into 110 vac and the video and main boards unplugged, I have 3 voltages coming from the power supply. 5vdc, 14vdc, 24vdc
When I plug the two boards into the power supply, all 3 of those power supply voltages drop significantly. I have no schematic on this unit and the boards are not labeled as to where B+ voltages are located. I have replaced the 4 electrolytic caps that are on the video board.(2 looked slightly bulged at the top) I have not changed any caps on the power supply. I'm looking for further diagnostic steps to confirm why and where I'm loosing my voltages?
    Thanks for any help/ suggestions.

Do the voltages on the power supply stay up if you just disconnect the inverter board?
      Post pictures of your boards.
