Are you certain it's KLV32U300A and not KLV-32V300A

The led fault code for KLV-32V300A is attached

Try test number 3 below, be sure to post the pin label/description, number and voltage.

Power supply board voltage testing by shopjimmy.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH POWERSUPPLY, VOLTAGE ON PRIMARY/HOT SIDE CAN BE DEADLY, THE CAPACITORS CAN HOLD A VERY BIG CHARGE LONG
AFTER TV HAS BEEN UNPLUGGED.
3) Test connector from mainboard to powerboard on powerboard side with all boards hooked up, test with tv plugged in but off then hit power, report both conditions here, give pin number, pin description/name and condition both off and when you hit power on. So we can see all the voltages and what they are doing.

Hi Dick,i checked voltages on standby and all seem ok but when i removed one plug from power supply going to the main board then green light stays on which indicates that the fault is on main board but the led flashes 2 times still which according to the chart of blinking codes should indicate that the psu is the culprit, how do i post pics of the boards on here

Can you give the voltages read on CN201, CN202 & CN203
eg
CN201
Pin 1 GND
Pin 2 GND
Pin 3 PWR_6V = xxV
Pin 4 PWR_6V = xxV
Pin 5 GND
etc for all pins

CN201 Pin 1=GND 2=GND 3=5.63V 4=5.83V 5=GND 6=GND 7=5V 8=5V 9=GND 10=GND 11=14.60V 12=14.60V 13=GND 14=32V

CN202 Pin 1=0.2V 2=0V 3=4.1V 4=GND 5=GND 6=GND 7=4.1V 8=4.1V

CN203 Pins 1-5=0V And 6-10=24V
