New MEC1663

i remove MEC1663 and changed with new chip . affter tha i programing the chip . the laptop turn on after few secand there is smartsound out from the laptop . no dissplay no thing . i try know the problem with lenovo diagnostic PC its give me error 0002 intrnal bus .

is any one have solution . i dont where is the problem .
