Laptop power on without data on screen, please can somepne fix my dump

I find worked bios tested ok, my laptop works perfectly

NB: start after 6 sec

Hi,
I have downloaded and flashed my E6540 BIOS and EC, but I cannot update this version A09 to newest A21 from Windows operating system.
Do you know why I cannot do it ?
System restarts after used Flash file and after tha is not updated.

Could You help in this case please ?

try with usb dos bootable with legacy boot...

I tried this, and have no luck - still A09 version.
DOS GUI system restarts after preparing for update.
Did you tried to update BIOS on your notebook ?

Hello everyone. I got a laptop LA-9412P REV:1.0 A00 power on no screen. The fan spinning when i switch it off, but the cpu isnt get warm. I tried the bios what posted upper but no luck. Here is my original bin files:

I have problem with LA-9413P Rev 1.0 A00, my old CPU i7-4800 was broken, I replaced it with I5 4300M. Laptop works fine but shuts down after 30 minutes. I've tried Clear ME by FIT but they don't half turn on.
