    How to test power regulators?

I want to make sure the phases on the board are functioning properly.

Does anyone know how to test if the power regulators are functioning correctly? What do I use to test them?

And if one is bad is there a certain way I have to desolder it?

Also, a little off topic but does anyone have recommendations on what flux, solder, and flux remover (motherboard cleaner) to use??? There are so many out there and tons of random sellers selling unmarked jars (of flux and flux cleaner) of the stuff on ebay I was not sure what I should be investing in.

    Mr P,
Can you give us some more details on this product.
Sounds like something I worked on in Kuwait under another name.
