    HP probook 470 G4 help

    My laptop won't boot up. just a black screen, fan on high for a few seconds, shuts down, and then (annoyingly) restarts....over and over... I've replaced CMOS, and the battery. I'm tried to reflash the bios (I can't tell if I succeeded). I've tried with two different laptop keyboards.

    I'm new to this, but does it sound like it's not completing the POST test?

    Here is my bios dump. Any help would be super appreciated!

      Thanks for looking at it! Bios still doesn't boot. I unprotected, erased, programmed, and verified with AsProgrammer. Does the unprotected step have to be reversed after writing?
