having same issue. so far replaced the driver, the 2 blue caps for driver, ic101.
get fluctuating voltages on pin 7.

it was R113 that was causing the issue, I ended used the old ic again as well.

I had the same problem with a 32LN530B I picked up yesterday. No standby light so 1st thought was power supply. Didnt have a spare ps so I switched the main board with a 47LN5400. Only connecting Ir wires and main power wires. Tv has standby and leds came on. So just ordered another MB $25. Sorry I'm not technically inclined, but I narrowed it down.
